INNOV8's SIA licensed security officers provide a highly visible security deterrent.  Our protocol when taking on the security of a site is to carry out a security risk assessment.  This will determine the most vulnerable areas of the site, increasing site security, and providing a safer working environment for our  security officers.  Security risk assessments are up dated monthly to allow for any changes to your site.

 

We strongly believe in regular communication with both our clients and security officers.  Our team of account managers are highly experienced and will keep you up to date of any security breaches on site.  You will also receive weekly security reports (via email) outlining incidents/events and areas of concern.  Reports will also include a list of recommendations that will aim to eradicate/mitigate the security risk to your site.

Security officers are regularly visited by our account's manager.  Key performance areas are evaluated with the aim of delivering a quality service that is maintained throughout our contract.
